Image Quality Assessment
This plugin allows to quantify the difference between two images using two methods such as RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) and SSIM (Structural Similiarity Index Map). RMSE is is a frequently-used measure of the differences between values predicted by an estimator and the values actually observed. SSIM is a method for measuring the similarity between two images, designed to improve on RMSE.

Harmonic Phase Flow
The Plug-in is for the estimation of motion in TMR sequences. This algorithm can filter the tagged pattern of the sequences and infer motion data, which is then used for clinical score extraction within a given LV region.

Segmentation
The GPU accelerated segmentation tool allows to segment a ROI with a single click inside a targeting object. The user can perform further refinements by using the OsiriX brush tool to define an area that he wants to belong to the object and regions excluded from the object. This refinement can be done iteratively until the targeting object is segmented precisely. For most objects it is sufficient to define coarsely a region inside and outside an object in one 2D slice to achive a precise 3D segmentation. The resulting segmentation can be managed and exported with the OsiriX ROI manager.

Segmentation
Support for semi automatic segmentation of tumors in fused PET / CT images with several different kinds of region growing algorithms. The plugin can perform the segmentation on the image itself, or optionally on a registered image, such as a PET image in CT/ PET fused image setup, after which the segmented volume is then mapped back onto the main image. The plugin also provides methods simple integration with other image processing frameworks.

ADC Map Calculation
This is a simple osirix plugin that allows you to calculate an ADC map (apparent diffusion coefficient) from images acquired with different diffusion weighting (b values).

DCE Tool
This plugin allows to analyze dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE) MRI data. It offers to measure T1 relaxation using variable flip angles, draw time course curves (signal intensity, relative enhancement, and contrast agent concentration) over the region of interest, and generate pixel-by-pixel semi-quantitative maps (initial slope, area under the curve, and time to peak).
